The G-5 already can't compete TV $$ & cost of attendance wise.

The G-5 have not come close to winning a Football National Championship in decades. Most if not all already know they need a National Championship of their own like the FCS has. They will get more TV coverage like the FCS teams like JMU and Richmond have gotten with a chance to win a National Championship.

On the OOC I don't follow you at all. In fact, the OOC will be more prevalent with the 16 divided by 4 or 2. The reason will be, win your division and division match up (if 4 divisions) and they are in the conference championship. The OOC games will be more readily played because they won't hurt your chances to make the conference championship. It will be all about making the conference championship and OOC games won't hurt you nearly as much or at all...just like the NFL.
